It's almost that time of year again (the best 3 weeks in sports without a doubt)... LET THE MADNESS BEGIN!!

Who you guys rooting for? I of course will be rooting for the Old Black and Gold, my beloved Purdue Boilermakers. Hopefully we make it to the final of the Big Ten Tournament in order to lock up a 2 seed. Otherwise I think we get a high 3 seed. I'm looking for a big run this year. Final Four or bust!

Gonna start up a Yahoo thing to pick brackets if anyone is interested.

of course I'm in, indeed the best sporting event in the country. I always take off of work for the first round to drink my ass off and watch the games in the bar....this year it's freaking St Patty's day wooohoooo.

And I really doubt my team will make it unless they have a good/great showing in the Big10 tourney (Penn State). No impressive road victories and a weak non-conference schedule is holding us back. So I'll just be rooting for the 32 teams I pick in round 1 and go from there.

PSU should be in for sure now. They aren't even in the "last 4 in" talk on ESPN anymore, its like its just assumed they made it. ESPN has them as a 12 seed playing Xavier for now. What a game they played against MSU yesterday, they actually played well on both ends of the court. We almost beat OSU @ OSU earlier in the season, they hit a 3 with like 15 seconds left to take the lead....then the 2nd game OSU's one dude went crazy and hit 10 of 12 from 3 point range so we didn't have a shot.

I didn't think they'd beat Wisc, didn't think they'd beat MSU and I don't think they will beat OSU, but you never know. I'm freaking stoked!!!!!!

One game behind him...still not bad only missing 3. Ok 4 now..but only one out of the sweet 16...I would be better off if they would have called a foul on the last shot. Louisville would be in for sure.

after the first round I'm sitting in a tie with max for first. (26 of 32)

overall the race is tight between all of us... only 4 games separate 1st and 6th place on to round two! (well, unless you're penn state!!)
