Chiefs looked bad overall.. but Charles was every bit as explosive as last year and McCluster is as advertised... dynamic.

Cassel sucks though. Pocket poise apparently broke his heart in highschool and now he wont go near it!

ya I was concerned with Cassel after he had ONE good year when Brady went down...and oh ya, the team around him wasn't too shabby.

Gotta give it up for Tebow, did well.

Didn't get to see the Steelers game, but I still hope Dixon gets the start while Big Ben is out. He might be more of a risk with greater upside compared to leftwich but I'd like to see him get the nod.

The Texans looked really good on both sides of the ball if they can maintain a pass rush then look out NFL. Pollard's intensity (who they got from KC) is spreading like wildfire through the rest of the defense.

I love Tony Dungy, but he's being pretty arrogant.

Dungy didn't even let his players swear when he was coach..thats just who he is and you have to respect that in a man.

And that would be interesting if Goodell stepped in....on one hand its great publicity being on hard knocks and swearing left and right, on the other hand this "image" that Goodell is trying to uphold is totally different that what is being shown on TV.

In the end, it that is what it takes to get the job done and get into his players head, then more power to him. That line of coaching is great when the team is winning, but it can be explosive when the team loses a few in a row.

colts looked good in their first preseason game... first team offense scored 10 points in two drives. peyton looked nasty as always, and having gonzalez back just strengthens our receiving core even more (wayne, gonzo, garcon, collie, clark... you can't say that's not sick). can't wait till the reg. season!

Oh yeah, and I'm tired of hearing people say "ohhh he won't last long in the NFL doing that" in regards to Tebow running in that TD.
Yeah... that guy who is bigger than CJ, AP, MJD, Ray Rice, Turner, etc, etc.
I understand as a QB you don't want to get into positions that you'll get hurt, and I understand there are other knocks on tebow and he has a ways to go, but saying he's going to get hurt just because he's a QB doesn't even make sense. There is a difference between Tebow running the ball than, say, Tom Brady, lol.

Well Tebow running the ball is now out for this weeks preseason game because of brusied ribs...soo YEA he should have slid. Ohhh well he is young he will learn they hit harder in the NFL!

The same thing would have happened to any player who got hit like that.
And Tebow was playing through it - it wasn't until like 2 practices later that they had him stop practicing.

A lady friend of mine took me to the Bears vs Cardnals game last night. My first NFL game, awesome becides the Bears doing terrible. Freakin Cutler! (But yea wasnt just him, offence wasnt pushing hard enough, defense was lazy, and Robbie Gold screwing up 2 field goals.)

yikes the Steelers weren't in it last night. Denis Dixon blew his chance to start the first 4 games, he had been looking good all preseason but that was really the first he got in against the first time defense (or his first team offense). I was hoping he'd take the oppurtunity and shine but just isn't there yet.

I liked what I saw from Wallace and Royal last night for fantasy purposes.

oh Wallace has been looking good all preseason (not to mention he did very well for a 3rd string WR all of last year). The dude has some game and Big Ben likes him.

I like Royal..But I don't believe that he will be used as much as Bowe will. Since really all KC has to throw to is Bowe. Denver has Gaffney, Royal, Willis, Stokely, Decker, Thomas. THEY are loaded at WR. KC...not soo much.
